What a great event. The parade was terrific with music, floats, and town organizations represented. After the parade the park was the center of tremendous activity. There were many food booths, organizations, business represented, and carnival rides. The festivities will continue into the evening culminating in a fireworks display at 1900. We are currently home for a rest, and for Tyler to figure out his plans for later. So many people came up to us with hugs, handshakes, and well wishes. This town is truly a special place to live.
But friendship is precious, not only in the shade, but in the sunshine of life, and thanks to a benevolent arrangement the greater part of life is sunshine.
